Starry Night – Vincent Van Gogh’s labor of love, struggle, despair and gloom, is one of the outstanding icons of the impressionist era. Its unmistakable blues, hues, strokes, and motion have the artists, musicians, poets, impressionists, and creative people, continually inspiredd.
This is my most cherished and most loved painting; for Mother Theresa is whom we look upto. I had come across this picture long time back in a magazine and could never let go of the image from my mind. I painted it with a faint memory of what I remembered. I do not paint much in watercolors these days but loved the effect.
I loved it then. I still love it. Nothing compares to her; her heart and soul. She will always be my chosen muse. This painting was my first gift to my husband. This painting is now the soul of our home.

PMP Exam is no big deal. Anyone can crack the exam – be it a seasoned professional, a working mother, or both.
As I was (still am) juggling job, baby and deadlines, I did not want to give my exam immediately. I was keen on passing it in the first attempt. PMP trainers advised me to chart a strict study timetable and religiously stick to it. That disciplined approach did not work for me. At home, I would be spending more time with the baby than worrying about the critical path method. With a lovely toddler around, how could Time Management chapter and its networking diagrams be interesting? Therefore I conclude that there is so fixed path for success. Each one charts one’s own.
The Celestine Prophecy by James Redfield is a novel about ancient manuscripts unearthed in Peruvian rainforests. They contain messages and secrets of mankind, their evolution and their spiritual advancement. The nine insights, suppressed by government and church, continue to intrigue all those who have many questions in their life, but no answers.

This is one of funniest things I learnt from a Bengali friend of mine. I dont remember the song anymore but wont want to forget the experience of having learnt it from an elderly friend who sang it with the enthusiasm of a child.
